We also offer an electronic inventory of fixtures service, approved by the Swiss Confederation, which enables you to draw up an exhaustive and detailed inventory of the rented property, before and after the rental. You will receive the inventory report in PDF format, with an unlimited number of photos included. This service is designed to avoid any disputes between landlord and tenant in the event of damage at the end of the lease.
Cost of service: CHF 500 + VAT*.
