We provide a professional cleaning service that meets the requirements of property managers and landlords. To ensure optimal service, requests must be submitted at least 15 days in advance, along with the required information.
Payment Terms
• An initial payment of 50% of the total amount is required to confirm the booking.
• The remaining 50% must be paid within 15 days after the cleaning service has been completed.
Required Information for a Quote
If you are a tenant:
• Property address
• Property reference (if you are renting with us)
• Move-out inspection date
If you are a property owner:
• Property address
• Property reference (if we manage your property)
• Move-in inspection date
Details of the property to be cleaned:
• Type of property (house, apartment, studio, commercial property, etc.)
• Total surface area in m² (including non-habitable spaces)
• Number and surface area of patio doors/windows
• Number and surface area of terraces/balconies
• Furnished or unfurnished (list of furniture to be cleaned)
Special Conditions
The furniture cleaning service does not include:
• Bedding
• Deep carpet cleaning
