Martinelli - Immobilier also offers a fast and efficient relocation service. We take into account not only your search criteria but also your personal tastes to find you the ideal apartment. In fact, we're with you every step of the way, right up to the signing of the lease.

Our approach

You will receive presentation documents to help you choose the selected apartments and you can also request a video presentation of the apartment if you are unable to visit them.
We'll be with you every step of the way, from visit to lease signature.
We'll be present during visits and will train your application.
Now all you have to do is choose your apartment! We hand over the file we've compiled to the owners.
We'll follow up with the management to ensure that the lease is signed as quickly as possible.

The information required in the "request information" section for us to consider your request is as follows:

- Location

- Budget range (e.g. CHF 4'000 - 5'500)

- Number of bedrooms

- Number of rooms

- Number of square meters

- Desired entry date

- Specific criteria (e.g. balcony, garden, lake view, elevator ...)


Remuneration of the service :

-For properties with a rent of CHF 2,000 or less, the commission will be CHF 2,000 + VAT. For properties with a rent of over CHF 2,000, the commission will be one month's rent + VAT.

payable by :

- The principal ( Incoming tenant)

The fee will be requested upon confirmation of the appointment for signing the lease.
