The ideal flat for a single person or a couple!

A large living room will be at your disposal giving on a garden of 30 m². The flat is very bright with sunshine all day long!

You can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with a minibar separating it from the living room - dining room!

You will also have a bathroom and a bedroom. The flat is 75 m² which gives us great space! An underground parking space will be available for you as well.

Rent + Charges : 2 150 CHF
Parking : 150 CHF

The agency fee is 1 month's rent without charges + VAT payable on signing the lease.

The documents required to apply are :

- Valid identity card / residence permit:
for Swiss citizens: identity card or passport or residence certificate.
for foreigners: settlement permit (permit "B" or "C" or "L") or legitimation card

- Salary certificate (*) + last 3 pay slips
- Original certificate from the Office des Poursuites et Faillites (*), if resident in Switzerland
- Certificate of your civil liability insurance policy if you live in Switzerland

(*) These documents must be dated within the last 3 months.
