The apartment is located in Versoix in the quiet district of Montfleury.
It is at 8 mint on foot from the lake. 

It is composed of an entrance hall where is located the visitor's toilet and the first bedroom leading to the living room composed of an open kitchen and a balcony overlooking the common gardens.
You will have at your disposal a second bedroom linked to the balcony with a bathroom with washing machine.

You can also ask for one or more parking places.
Here are the rates for the various spaces:

Closed box: 180 CHF
Underground parking : 120 CHF (From the 2nd place : 80 CHF)
Motorcycle spaces: 20 CHF

The documents required to apply are:

- Valid identity card / residence permit:
for Swiss citizens: identity card or passport or residence certificate.
for foreigners: settlement permit ("B" or "C" or "L" permit) or legitimation card

- Salary certificate (*) + last 3 payslips
- Original certificate from the Office des poursuites et Faillites (*), if resident in Switzerland
- Certificate of your civil liability insurance policy if you live in Switzerland
